Thank you Community for a lovely TW week

Hello Everyone.

Finished today my last TW run on my 20th character.
It was 20 runs in total.
All runs were finished on 1st try.

Had lots of fun and in Arcatraz people actually communicated and exchanged information how to pass certain rooms.

Died a lot on my Resto Shaman while running Magister’s Terrace, but after playing with my Holly Priest in Coilfang Reservoir: The Slave Pens, it was definitely learning to play issues.
I should had trained first my keybinds and made some macros …

Made a lot of mistakes in my 2 Blood DKs and my Guardian Druid, but fortunately, none complained about it.
Tanked on my BM Monk for the 1st time since she was level 50+ during Legion and it felt great.

I also tried to use CDs more often as I was advised in this forums a year ago. Tried a enemy/friendly macro also suggested in this forum that worked wonders in my Forsaken Priest.

Thanks for a lovely TW week.
Cya in the next.:peace_symbol:

Cheers.

Time for a break tbh

It’s better than when BFA was current content tbh.
I only had 10 level 120 characters.
The problem was the 5 TW dungeons runs you had to do in order to get a chest reward with an item ILV 445.

10 characters*5 runs each = 50 runs.

Luckily they moved that quest to SL. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Otherwise it would be 100 runs …

Cheers.

I just did my 5 runs for the quest.

Of course I got The Arcatraz as my first dungeon.

And I may or may not have caused a wipe in The Shattered Halls with a gigantic pull.

But all in all it was pretty fun, though TBC TW is not my favorite.

TBC TW’s are the most difficult, since it has all of the old mechanics that could wipe groups easily with an ability or two.

Mana Tombs is full of mobs that interrupt, silence and even mana burn healers.

Arkatraz’s common mistakes is not killing all 4 bloodelves at the start, causing infinite spawns of fleshbeasts. You die and release, you’re now stuck. Also the Voidwalkers. Tanks mass pull them, not knowing some can empower themselves and others through that purple beam. Not to mention the Eredar with aura’s.

Shattered Halls only point is to kill the Legionnaires first. As they call in new mobs.

I did it on one char and loved the BT raid. Shame it’s bugged all over.

since i generally like tbc dungeons i did weekly on priest, mage, pala and lock. did 1 on rogue and hunter so 22 total.
but ofc the most fun of TW is playing prot pally with azerite neck and items, shame legion leggoes do not work anymore, but i still got the unstoppable force vibes from all the borrowed powers.

shame we dont have new legendary weapons ( except the SoD last boss hunter bow ) and i dont wanna go back to do the Val’anyr which is more like a holy weapon not prot.

just imagine if TW actually granted you all of the possible borrowed powers in a form of a template character of your class. that would be a very very fun week for all.

Had some fun, even tanked a few with only one “GO FASTER” person - that’s a win!

Unfortunately the mount didn’t drop.

Had that problem on my BE Mage.
The party managed to move to the end, I was stuck on the entrance.
Made the mistake of helping a party member to pass and got killed.
I kept getting killed until my invisibility, came out of 5 minutes CD.

Thanks for the information.

Cheers.

These macros are useful to free up space for Resto Sham
