I don’t know who he is, cuz you can barely get a ticket. It’s like going for a treasure hunt.

So true.
I tried opening a ticket about my camera settings glitching the other day and it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Luckily for me it fixed itself a day later.

I wouldn’t say the probability of getting a response is quite as high as that.
