plus queue time makes me do other activity 
irl, in other games, or even farm/do dungeon meanwhile! not the end of the world. But queue worth it if i can get fun in AV, over joining instant queue to rush npcs
AV was never the most optimal honour per hour gain in vanilla until 1.12 when everyone was done ranking and it only took a short time from 1.12 until r14 weapons became available to everyone without r14.

It’s not as you alliance predicted, that the queues would be 2hours +, that your rankers would play WSG exclusively from now on. Queues are only slightly longer and the pugs from the ally side is higher ranked and more determined than ive seen them sofar. Every match is a war, even lost one today wich you rarely did vs pugs before. It’s a lot more fun, the honor is pretty good even. Good improvement sofar.

You just need to adapt, played a good medium ranked Alliance team just now that won after a hard fought battle. They had us covered for most of it.
It is applicable for actual rather than Vanilla. Actual player cant give an advice.

Pretty much. AV is meant to be a fun BG where casuals can get up to Rank 10 and get their Blue PvP set.
When you are ready to step up and learn how to PvP you must do WSG or AB for the fat honor.
Everyone knows that in the current state of the AV META there is no equally matched PvP comp going on because each fight either turns into a PvE objective rush or a Zerg, where no skill is required and AOE/Cleave spamming is king.
The vast majority of players that ranked in AV do not deserve their Grand Marshal ranks. Due to Blizzard releasing their 1.12 version of AV, instead of the original what they have created was a PvE honor grind where PvP players where pushed away.
If you want good PvE gear go and raid MC or BWL.
But being given any title above rank 10 is an insult to all the original vanilla players who actually had to graft in WSG or AB for their rank points.
I’m glad that Easy premade AV Welfare Honor is gone.
In my opinion casuals don’t deserve Grand Marshal.
I will probably wait for wow burning crusade to hit classic before starting to play it as I can’t imagine wow world without blood elves
They only listen to the money. They can tell from daily play time who is likely to renew or drop their sub. Then they check activity and try to make said activity more attractive so player is more likely to renew sub.
Thousands of horde losers couldn’t handle their queue times and their win rate going from 90% to 80% so they play less and are in danger of dropping their sub.
Hence the changes.
I think it’s funny how people complain about AV just being rush from point A to B. WSG is EXACTLY the same, just in a smaller scale and easier to make premades in. You literally just switched which BG that is being abused with these changes. Except in AV you always managed to get some honor at least…

What blizz does not understand is that alliance players will stop playing bg:s or cancel their subs. Queues increased for horde, cancelling their subs.

I know horde players that feel the exact same way. It’s funny how blizzard can’t see the subs will drop from this. It’s also sad that the so called “elite pvpers” don’t realize that their honor pool will go down drastically as well so it’ll require A LOT more time for them to get ranks. Some servers will not even be able to get r14’s…
I hope all these retards are happy when they finally realize what they’ve done.
