Just wanted to thank Blizzard for listening to the fans these days and implementing changes on both gameplay and customizations. In the past people felt like they are ignored, now we are being listened to.
It’s a good change and might actually bring people back to shadowlands again. Hope to see further improvements especially in gameplay. I appreciate all the hard work and changes being made. Hopefully things turn out for the better. Excited for 9.1.5

Its a good step definitely. However, we’ll see if they’ve learned anything the next system they implement. If it has some artificial restriction to it that nobody likes and they keep it for months before changing it, they’re doing the exact same thing. Not listening to the playerbase.
Blizzard, if you’re reading this, here’s a great idea for you: make a stupid restriction to the new system on purpose just to have it be removed after people complain and roll it out on PTR. Once people tell you that this new restriction is bad, remove it before live like you intended to and watch how the players will praise you for listening.

I can’t wait to see the new faces of our prettiest void elves and nightbornes!

This is a trivial change that should be available to every race imo. They are just spoon-feeding us something that’s supposed to be baseline.

I think its just you have too high expectations for Blizzard at this point you need to be happy with that you get for now until things change.

I don’t care either way, I haven’t changed the appearance of any of my characters since I’ve created them. Doesn’t mean that I support arbitrary limitations just for the sake of player retention.
They don’t deserve this praise.
If they listend to us they’d of implemented these changes back before release when people had these issues and raised them on the beta.
They wouldn’t have waited until they released a half ased patch, had a massive falling of subs due to said patch and the lawsuit to try and bring people back by finally “listening” to the player base.
It’s a case of too little too late, they never listened to us, they never will and it’s almost insulting at this stage.

Learning is not putting this unneeded crap in in the first place.
Most of this patch is fixing stuff they broke intentionally at the start with their stubbornness.
And now we’re falling over ourselves to thank them for doing what they should have done in the first place.

If Blizzard invites us to a Dance party, who are we to decline.

I’m curious how they’ll handle follower missions. all my high level ones are necrolord and I can’t do gold missions as kyrian now. are they gonna merge all the followers into one giant pool or do I have to swap between raiding and table missions twice a day?
I really, really want to celebrate their decision, but I just can’t bring myself to. I am happy that they’re doing it, but every single one of those changes were already major complaints in beta, some even before that. All of this should have happened almost a year ago now. I will not trust them until they release a good expansion, or least a patch without any crap systems and designs from the get go. I will start trusting them again once they start listening to the players when it matters, instead of trying to convince us that “they’ll get it right this time” and “you don’t see the full picture”, as if we’re too stupid to realize what they’re doing. Until then, a step in the right direction for sure, but still miles to go.
Seems all Activision Blizzard games are improving
Yes why bother having thoughts of your own if you can just copy someone elses… Don’t even need to comment anything just link a video
At this point who cares if it’s late, all we can do is hope they learn from the past… (scary as that though might be)
So yes, thank you Blizzard.
i will play wow in 9.3.0 when xpac is fixed …
you are still being ignored
but the numbers drop to much so they needed to do something in the moment numbers go high again
you will have the exact same problem

Meh. Better late than never.
I don’t know why you thank blizz. You should thank the players who unsubscribed, because if it weren’t for them, there wouldn’t be any changes.
