Thanks for all the world content and Zul'gurub

I know that us, world content players are not the majority, but I want to say thanks for the extra content. Very often I want world of warcraft, but I want ores, exploration, blacksmithing, travels, and scenery instead of zug zug. I got the PVP mount, Keystone mount, and I was about to skip 10.0.7, but Zulgurub is just gonna keep me there.

I hope this is not just one-time fun, but it becomes the part of your strategy, and I hope that the World part of warcraft will also develop.
GJ!

How do you know? Would like them to show us a percentage distribution of what content is engaged most without an exact player count on it

Entranced of dungeons are always full, while world quests are very empty. This is how I guess.

What about world bosses, the new storm event, world pvp dailies, etc. Those have always been full aswell

Mmmmh not sure I agree. A lot of WQs in DF are very fast, so people are gone fast. The harder ones are usually quite easy to find some people for.
They might be empty NOW though because they’re just not worth doing anymore. This is one of the issues I have with DF. It needs something like in Legion that made world content worthwhile throughout a whole season (to be clear; I’m NOT suggesting for them to make world content ‘mandatory’, but there should be a big enough carrot for world content players at least - which there isn’t after you’ve gained all the renown).

I think world bosses are killed for alt progression, for alts that will do mplus or raids.

I would not support this in general. However, I’m happy to just be done farming renown. It makes me feel good about the game to be done with something and then have a break, where I may farm old content, or do solo shuffle on my alts. I really don’t want a shadowlands-style carrot consuming an approximately infinite amount of time, even if it is “only” cosmetic progression.

I have been doing classic blacksmithing (on retail server) and I had so much fun in molten core, crafting in the dark anvil etc. I think professions can be fun to do, but it’s just me.

A big majority of dungeon/raid/pvp players do these regular aswell.

Well, I do. Different players want different things.
It’s up to Blizzard to try and provide this while still letting other types of players enjoy the game they way they like it. At the moment though; I belong to a type of player who is ‘suffering’ because of the ‘needs’ of other types of players.

I’ve never been a big profession fan. I like engineering for the perks it gives my character and so I’ve stuck with that for most of my time in WoW but it’s not something I’d want to spend a lot of my time ingame on honestly.

That is not difficult. Try questing. See how many you meet.

It’s true, we don’t know the percentage. But we do know there aren’t a lot of people doing it. We can see that with our own eyes.

youre not a ‘‘world content’’ player. stop larpign as one.
world content players dont even random bg. not to mention 1400 ranked pvp content
