In-game quest reward

Since last patch, Blizzard down reward for daily/weekly quests for about 80%. Example: if you were going to do racing quest, instead 500 gold reward you get 90 gold now. Whoever come up with that brilliant idea, must be thinking about something extra and had reason for it … until … I enter M+ WHY you do not REDUCE repair cost also? for doing ALL daily/ weekly quest you get 800 gold… yet IF YOU DIE in M+ repair cost is 70-100 gold per death.
