Frustration, That’s the only feeling I having right now.
I mainly play druid and decided to play an alt shaman. Learning from a friend that you can buy “Emblems” on your main with “Tarnished Undermine Real” and send them to your alt. The alt can then exchange theses emblems for runes at the “Rune Broker” in any major city.
I thought this was really great and did this for all the runes available (at rune broker) on my alt shaman. Didn’t think about it just keep leveling and enjoying the game.
Since I want to do all the content on my shaman, I started getting the runes that I already obtained at a low level with the help of emblems. After completing the chain… I got the rune! and … “Already know” I mean makes that make sense since I already know the rune from the emblems.
I try to learn it by right clicking “You already know Engrave boots – Ancestral Awakening” once again I was not surprised, I already know the rune. Only one thing left to do is getting rid of it, there is no point having it. Left click and drag out from bag “That item cannot be destroyed” that was unexpected. I tried several times deleting the item but nothing worked.
I tried resolved it with a ticket to a GM about the problem, can’t use it/ can’t destroy it please remove it. And the answer from the (probably AI generated, or at least auto response) GM as follows:

in this case, Joakim, currently there is no way to delete the rune from your inventory, so if this or any other items are taking undesired slots on your bags, you can put the extra runes in the Bank so they won’t take space in inventory. Please know that we do not assist with the removal of items.

Blizzard you can’t be serious about that “kind of frustrating” “extra runes in the bank”. I’m speechless. I thought this was a bug and now you tell me you made it this way. Then buying runes with “Tarnished Undermine Real” is sabotaging the gameplay.
Can you please fix this so I don’t have to walk around with that rune in my bag or bank. It´s so badly design that I can’t put words on how frustrated/annoyed I am.

PS: By the way I remember when GM´s actually talked to you and helped you in game, one of the best memories I have is when a GM escorted me during “Rescue OOX-17/TN!” in tanaris. We /w all the way to the end and when it bugged out once again at arrival, he fixed it on the spot. “Stay safe out there” pff. Yeah… Me and my extra (useless) rune will, together forever.
