Am I the only one who feels like the whole tournament just became meh when gingi won by hiding on top of a building. Zero kills. Just hiding like a rat all game, then taking the grand prize for basically borderline cheating/exploit.
That dude is thoroughly canceled in my book. All follows across all platforms canceled.

Avoiding fights is a legitimate way of playjng till the final stetch. It’s been there since BR was first conceived.
Sure it’s boring but it works.
I wouldnt approve it if I had to decide and they dont deserve it due to cheat. I dont know what Blizzard like about what Gingi has done?! I mean come on, it is not ok! 
The scoring system has zero sense, same as this game mode.
Also happy to see where my sub money goes. To people who already has tons of money.
Atleast try to support streamer with less viewers.

He played to win, don’t blame the player blame the game.
Inside the storm people should take dmg.
He should jump down the moment when he realized he doesnt take dmg from the storm.
Rather he stood there and do nothing.
Thats clearly an intended exploit of a bug.
Ah, well, fair point but has no-one else noticed this before? Guess we’ll put that down to Blizz’s buggy code and terrible QA. Obviously some exploits are very hard to spot in advance by the devs, but “not taking storm damage by being on a building” is surely basic testing.

Should just be a judge in these cases, and give a warning to jump down to continue.

Ah, I see. Looks like that tournament demonstrated perfectly how unnecessary such gimmick game modes are. 
Ah well then that’s clearly exploiting it… was under the impression from the thread he just camped in a safe area within the zone.
Lightning not spawning on the roof of the building is clearly a bug/oversight. It’s unfortunate that it was used for a win, lets hope they fix this.
There shouldnt be any permament safe zone in a gamemode like that, either the storm kill you or the thunders inside the ring kill you if you dont fight other players.
I wonder if Gingi was making a statement about Blizz lack of testing and QA. I’m sure RWF players find the buggy mess that is WoW at least as frustrating as average players. Especially when they get punished for taking advantage of very predictable exploits like the Severed Threads rep exploit Gingi took advantage of at the start if S1. Gingi will have known exactly how his victory will have been received, was it a “fix your (blank) game!” moment?
Oh no… However will he cope. Maybe he’ll come and sit on your roof?
I rather wait a statement for blizz what they do.
If they dont do anything, then they openly encourage people to exploit the game and wont get punished (or maybe that just streamer privilege).

Yeah, we’ll see if they take action… but imho this is a clear game testing fail and it’ll be embarrasing for Blizz to overturn the victory.
