Thaumaturgy keeps basic material prices high and kills the whole crafting system

basic cloth, leather, enchanting dust, etc., today the prices of basic materials (at least Q1) should be much lower and be at the level of units of gold, but thanks to thaumaturgy the prices can not get to the expected levels and are kept in the level of tens of gold.
It results that the costs for the production of basic and simple things like drums are absurd. This imbalance is also visible in the case of patron orders, when the prices for order fulfillment are unreasonably high, sometimes in the tens of thousands of gold.
Blizzard should immediately do something about this new alchemical nonsense, because it won’t fix itself and it will continue until the end of TWW.

Blizzard should not do anything about it.

Thaumaturgy does not provide a net positive value with a cast unless specific conditions are met.

Patron Crafting Orders system is responsible for maintaining higher demand on raw goods by allowing Blizzard to manually control the demand.

As such, raw material prices will remain higher through this expansion (which is good) - get used to it, maybe profit from it by leveling a gathering profession.

if Blizzard intended to finally make a difference between quality 1 material and quality 2 material, it ended in failure exactly thanks to the new thaumaturgy nonsense.
