The 60% Fury Mortal Strike in 9.1

I think many of you have misunderstood my previous post. So let me clarify. Rampage, is an ability that when pressed, enrages you and unleashes FOUR strikes. Meaning if you read the new Mortal Strike correctly: “Rampage damage reduces healing the target receives by 15% for 5 sec, stacking up to 4 times.” One rampage ability (80 rage spent) is enough to get 60% MS. You don’t actually need to press rampage 4 times or have an absurd amount of haste. Getting the rage for rampage isn’t even hard. I have played a lot of games as Fury this ssn in PvP and can tell you from experience.

I am very happy as a fellow Fury Warrior player myself about this. Had to clarify, as even Supatease I believe, got it wrong in his video. What do you guys think nonetheless? U think this is the right direction for the spec? Or a bit too OP?

It depends.
If it stacks to 4 by itself, then it will not go live like this anyways. You will have a very high uptime on 60% ms which would be utterly broken.

In my opinion MS for fury is the correct decision but I think 25% on bloodthirst would be more reasonable.
Putting a very high ms on a rotational ability is just dumb because it requires no thought.

either way, if it stacks by itself it is stupid and if it doesn’t it is stupid for not being able to stack it at all in the 5s window unless you got reck up.

60% seems overkill indeed, especially since fury dmg, like feral, hasn’t been tuned with a healing reduction in mind.

I dont think it counts that 4 attack as 4 stacks, it counts for 1 rampage, you need 4 rampages for 60%. And its nerfed to 5sec so you will see it only in recklesness. You will see 15% or 30% mostly, 60% very hard.

60% on single rampage would be too op. We also need some defensive buff. Maybe bloodthirst heal to 8% and bers rage 12 sec increase duration.

Tested it on PTR. 4 stacks are gained within 1 rampage.

So the “stacks” are basically a flavor thing?

When you do a rampage, you gain 1 ms stack per hit on rampage.
So yeha, you instantly gain 4 stacks on debuff on target within 1 rampage procc.

Holy hell that is broken like rogue disarm in all specs, if they give them spell reflect they have everything which is unhealthy.

You are right with the first part. But I don’t think attaching Def to your offensive (fury got that already) is the right move. That would still mean you lose all your defensive when you cannot attack e.g. in stuns. Warpaint and enraged regen has the same problem and that is the main reason why fury is so squishy.

bumping enraged regens duration and upping the dmg red to maybe 40-50% would go a long way. Better yet, give them Def stance, then you also raise the skill cap.
Btw would be nicer if you do -30% dmg in def stance and take -30% dmg to make it more a trade off than it is now

No, def stance i would leave to arms, enraged 30% should stay but those 12 sec could make a difference and bloodthirst 8% heal could be good, maybe put stun breaker in enraged regen but dunno.

Rogue disarm on all specs? Is that a random comment or are we getting disarm

since you can use it while stunned, it really doesn’t need to break stuns.
The thing is that the duration is short and you cannot use the second effect very well and 30% is really not very much in this high mongo bon go (the eff you cannot say bon_go??? xD) fiesta

All rogue specs will be able to use the honour talent dismantle.
