there is the same bot today? i check this herb and it doesn’t seem human poster

There’s someone on my realm with 3 AH bots, right now posting crafted PVP gear, i reported and emailed blizz back in 2021, they did nothing about it, still online as i post this.

Maybe if you reported it in 2021 and they still there doing their thing, they might not be a bot.

They absolutely are.

blizzard wont do anything about them, they benefit from them, they keep the economy down, make harder for people to make gold and push them to buy wow tokens.
bots are probably blizzards.

I mean. I’ve been accused of being a bit many times while flipping materials.

Just because I’m listing leather every 10 second for 16 hours dosent mean I’m useing a programm to do it. Usually I just have another game up and tab between the two

lolll every 1 sec for 24hrs is bot

Or someone who messed up a flip :upside_down_face:

If you go to Booty Bay, you’ll see lots of level 1-10 bots sitting at the auction house. They are very obvious. Names with lots of accents for example: Gøñzålêsvàlå, Tmhåbüéår (Not actual names, I’ve made those up) to make it harder to report them, 0 achievement points, 100s of millions of gold in sales.

They also often shard over to random low pop servers, such as Der Abyssische Rat (German RP server) to avoid being reported.

Annoyingly, they seem to last for up to ~1 year at a time, posting every minute for nearly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by which point they’ve made nearly A BILLION GOLD in auction sales.

Also, it would seem the crafting accounts supplying these bots NEVER get banned. The same max level toon with accents on every letter, who has been supplying lariats and in the past, shadowland legendaries, to these bots, is still going strong after 3+ years.

a billion is overestimate ;p

Yep these are the same i encountered on my realm and saw the same MO on draenor too and when i first noticed them they were selling legendary bases in SL.
They are all in a guild, the 2 main toons which are crafters, one toon for DE and 3 bots, one selling talirong/jc gear, one plate and the other LW.
Also the bots are on the base game, only paying a sub, so even IF they would get banned, all the gold is safe in the gbank. I observed their behavior for months and sent a detailed email at hacks@blizzard.com but nothing was done about it.

Even if these bots get reported as long blizz doesnt act quickly on them they will enough gold/real money to keep repeating this with a new account.

Ban waves dont do anything against bots/multiboxxers. I feel like these banwaves are just blizzes way to harvest more money from the botters trough having them buy new accounts and subscription

Yeah it seems pointless just relying on the yearly ban wave, they’ve made plenty of gold by then. Not to mention their crafting accounts are never banned! I really don’t understand that. Is it perhaps because they transfer the crafts via a guild bank to avoid being linked to the bots?
