I have a char lvl 29 rogue (twink): on alliance side, the people can use Mongoose enchant.
1.So first thing, how is possible to use that on lvl 29?
2.I saw they are using this thing on this item: Crescent of Forlorn Spirits, so how this game is so unfair, they have a rare item(item level 35) to use Mongoose and on Horde side this is missing.
Why is not a balanced game?

Because you can accept the quest at lvl29
Horde have 2 ilvl35 weapons available at 29.

Indeed green items…poor items. Why horde has no blue items? You can not compare that Crescent of Forlorn Spirits with this 2 green items… check the stats.
because balancing twinking isn’t and never was a part of blizzards plan. I really don’t understand the point of your post, you’ve been given 2 options as horde to put Mongoose on and yet you still complain, surely the whole point of pushing for mongoose is the proc.
If you think Blizz actually read these forums and will act on it then you’re a little naive.
Yes, I too think that level 29 should get all the devs attention and that the game should be balanced around that level.
Second that, no one ever at Blizz will read EU, if it’s a lucky day someone might browse the US forum, but they will only answer posts that carry the danger of a PR hit.
Can you remember the days of 2005 and 2006 when there was community managers who actually actively engaged in discussion and playful banter? Imagine a multi-billion dollar company affording some $2k pay/month jobs…
going to add here that mongoose doesn’t even look to be the best enchant anyway as it’s complete RNG if it procs, you’re better off with a more stat heavy weapon to your class, ie 2 weapons with 15 agi on them for a guaranteed stat increase.
