Look at all the Alliance races that can be shaman. All their males are burly, chunky, or chubby dudes. Not a single slim male among them. So I say that in the name of the Alliance’s shaman model variety a slim shaman race should join team blue.
And what I’m really saying is that the Sethrak should join the Alliance and not the Horde. K? K.

See, horde gets DOUBLE slim male shaman in the troll males, while alliance has no slim shaman. That’s why we need the Sethrak. For balance.

We already have slim models for mages and warlocks in the alliance, those are called elves.
Night elf males are not skinny and I’m not playing an emo elf.
Ok, but that doesn’t change the fact velves exist.
You need a lot of weight to withstand the powers of shamanism - a slim shaman wouldn’t be able to shammy with the same power.

Because I love the Sethrak and want to play them on my favorite faction and will therefore come up with any BS reason for why they should be in the Alliance.
As for your first point, they seem to wield the lightning just fine. I reckon they’d be nice n powerful slimsnake shamans.
This reason is something I can relate to, I have the same feelings with the Nagas 
Mages can’t have skinny bodies. They can conjure food.
Warlocks also can’t have skinny bodies. They can conjure cookies.
No wonder Kul Tirans learnt how to be mages.
