Yeah there was another thread about this somewhere here. It isn’t working, you complete the quest but get no title.
I made a ticket a while ago about this issue.
The GM said they are going to fix this issue in a later update.
They did not specify when, and I dont imagine its high up on the priorities list.
It’s really annoying how this is still an issue.
I made one as well. After some back and forth of the first GM not acknowledging it was even bugged to begin with despite me providing evidence they ended up telling me to submit a bug report. As if we are supposed to do their job for them, incredibly lazy.

Once you complete the quest, you don’t get it again. So right now, if you got the 10 kills while being a bounty and later get a bounty on you again, you do not get the quest anymore.
This is not a particularly easy quest to do unless you cheese it in a party. Would be nice if we got the title we earned.
