I’ve reported near 20 times over the span of 24 hours or so. Kept a list of the names, they are still roaming around.

It seems Blizzard has stopped or slowed the process of banning bots from September 1. Some bots flying out right to the BRD dungeon. In 8 mins i got 50 bots in my friend list. It seems reports has stopped working…
They are probably letting them gather just to inflate the numbers of SoD players for some internal report and then to do a ban wave so they can pat themselves on the back over the large number.
they are so absurdly brazen about it too, like they are just out in broad daylight, not giving a flying 
whether they get reported.

one of my friends who rerolled on my faction a couple of days ago, on a new account, was automatically perma banned the other night for being online 40 hours straight and power leveling from 1-52 and he is still waiting for his ticket to get addressed by a human GM, getting replies by blizzard’s own GM bots telling him “the matter has been investigated and the ban will be upheld”.
bro, i was literally there myself for at least half of those 40 hours, personally boosting him and blizzard’s system is telling him he is botting like BRUH, its just flat out false.
this guy plays rogue btw (the least useful class for botting) and has been chatting and moving around like a human player the whole time.
i even made a ticket on his behalf asking for a HUMAN gm to take a look at his case, and the god damn auto generated blizzard bot is telling me MY ban will be upheld (i am not banned) despite the matter not concerning me OR my account.
so the system can easily detect and false flag someone who DIDN’T bot and also doubles down on the notion that he did and even goes to the length of straight up lying about investigating it, but somehow fails to clap the 24/7 hunter bots who all have full green/boe gear with a boar pet, conga-lining through major cities.
its just so god damn outrageous at this point.

Reported them but expect to see them until the end of SOD tbh,
Someone actually asked a few of us to reports a bunch of hunter bots waiting at the zepplin the other day, but I was like whats the point tbh, they wont be removed fast enough to make any difference and they have other bots ready to take its place.
Blizz need to do several ban waves in short succession to remove all the bots waiting to take the place of those that get removed

Whats is very strange I find is that when players report someone in a BG for instance or swearing in chat etc they usually get banned/muted etc quite fast
YET when 20-30 players all report a bot…they are still running about with their middle finger pointed at you.

i saw a bot farming plants the whole p4 in azshara on crusader strike , can’t believe he followed me into living flame.
already killed it/reported it 200 times still not banned.
Bots are still running around like crazy, Gold buying is rampant and people are still buying gold in droves to fuel the hungry fires of GDKP. And before someone reminds me that GDKP is banned on SoD - that may be so, but that doesn’t mean it’s not going on.

typical. i started playing my alt account in 2019 or so. 2 weeks into the game i had like 14 alts with a max lvl of 12 and voila…got banned! for what? fish bot apparently. what was my fishing skilllevel? 25 max in one chap… and thats coz i did the fishing daily once. appeal and get the automated reply as u said!
and now in darkmoon u roam around and u ll see plenty of bots fishing… theres like 14 ppl one atop the other so that u cant select them and report. and they have 14k fish in 3 days, 22k in 4 days and so forth. (a little background on this - it takes on an average 13.* seconds (cast time) to fish averaging at about 4.2-4.3 fish per minute. this is based on fishing out about 30k fish and clocking time manually) U do the math n u ll see these numbers indicate they’ve been fishing non stop!!! 42 hours power leveling? still can do… i dare someone to do fishing 80 hrs straight without even dozing off

1-60 boosts including MC /BWL gear etc
Might depend on your guild /if you secretly do GDKP or maybe your the main tank of your guild but I have seen a few rogues with thunderfury very early on /suspicious 
Some people must drop a fair amount of cash playing this game, I grudge the montly sub never mind any bought mounts / pets / tin foil swords for £1500 / boosts/pay for chocolate gold coin with real money etc
i swear at this point they could ban every hunter player and nothing of value would be lost.

I play hunter too but If they did ban every hunter only maybe 1% max would be real players so I would understand them just nuking every last one of us
