The answer isn't Nerfing everything into oblivion.. Although some do.. It's actually removing triple Melee/Caster Shuffles

PVP balance FEELS Far worse because of the random nature of solo shuffle and the fact it has no design aspects to help the meta along. The vast majority of sub 2100 lobbies are 3 Melee + 1 Caster which makes the life of the casters hell and visa versa with 3 casters 1 melee.

This generally does even out at higher end of the rating because melee which achieved the rating due to class strength fall behind as they lack team work / personal capabilities… and casters / higher skill cap melee generally thrive and add the more experience healer and high rating defo feels majorly better…

With that being said, I would implore blizzard to add a limitation on solo shuffle to allow games to only be the following

2 Melee, 2 Range, 2 healer
4 Melee, 2 healers
4 casters, 2 healers

Never allowing 3 range/caster or 3 melee in a lobby.

Yes it may make the ques slightly longer, but it would promote a far healthier game play and should promote more people to join.

Yes some classes need tuning and i’m not saying do not tune them… but a good start would be adding quality of life to Shuffle before throwing massive nerf bats.

Some further suggestions

Less damage and more health
Changing the trinket bonus to 10% increase main stat and 10% increase stamina would help to smooth the gameplay out with less damage and more health. Yes we would need some balancing to % health based defensives such as Warlocks to ensure they don’t overly scale, however 90% of healers will thank you as the speed of the games should become more manageable and would/should promote more healers into queuing.

Cap Dampening at 50%
When Dampening ramps and classes that rely on healing over immunities / dodges / parrying mechanics instantly fall behind… So I think a dampening cap would make healer life better and balance out people defensive in Shuffle. It would also make healing as a healer far better and help promote more healers to que.

Trinket Set Bonus adding 10% reduction to Crowd Control and Interrupts
CC and Micro CC are off the chart and a small 10% reduction in duration would go a long way and would again promote more healers
