The arena rating. How does it work?

Can someone explain how the upgradig works. So the weekly vault will give ilvl depending on your highest rating achived this week. And the vendor ? The conquest vendor items will upgrade acordingly to your rating aswel or how is it working ??

You got honor and conquest gear for PvP, the upgrades are only for PvE and do not affect PvP at all. You just jump in arena, farm the currency, buy the item and that’s it.
You can basically play PvP, push some rating and upgrade your PvP gear so you don’t have to start PvE from scratch.

You have to manually upgrade those after buying the items, when you’ve unlocked the upgrades via ranks. But as the Eloper above mentioned, it already scales up to max in PvP at least and the upgrades only affects the PvE ilvls.
