What the hell is it with that horrible pricing.
It is about to get worse with the amount of gold they are throwing at us in this xpac.
I got 2500gold for one covenant quest.
Well multibixers could make it cheaper

This feels like total trash bloating the auction house with unreal pricing of junk items. This really needs a fix of some sort.
If you think the price is high, go farm that item and make millions of gold if its an item that is so high in demand as you say that people are buying it, and as you asusme the item is easy to get.
Not sure what you would use lvl 1-20 equipment for though unless you are twinking battlegrounds, in which case, yeah BiS items will be expensive.
Prices high? Go farm it yourself. Make 1 million gold an hour and buy 7 WoW tokens. Unless you are overexaddurating of course.

Every start of the expansion, prices inflate… give it a month or 2 prices come down…

There is absolutely no quality on them aside from clogging junk with abysmal prices on the auction.

Whats the issue? It’s a shop window and someone has put stuff in there you don’t want to buy.

This is the key.
If you and every other player said “nah mate, not buying at those prices” - the prices would fall.
For low level green mogs, it’s probably optimism by someone looking to corner the market. Give it a week and they’ll fail to sell and have to lower.
Buuuut with regards to herbs and such, some plank is always gonna pay for a token and buy them no matter how overpriced they are, so the resource market tends to just balloon forever 
Remove copper and anything that costs less then 1s up the cost to 1s.
Introduce platinum as a higher currency and make 1000g = 1P
So-
100s = 1g
1000g = 1P
And maybe reduce the gold rewards in game, it will take time but it should reduce the sharp inflation of currency in game we have been seeing since Legion.

$=Gold traders/ multiscum and boosters transferring gold via trash grey items. Nothing new
Auction House players be like:
People use grey items as flavour items, to RP and things like that, sometimes they also use them to buy gold with real money or transfer gold between factions.
lal sold 151 gear pre weekend for 1600 each now down to 200-150. Prices are already dropping like crayze. Today next rotation of epics as well so eternal gonna drop from 7k to prolly 3. With raid 2k
