Orcish society has always been characterized by hardy and rugged living. As a result, they are staunch pragmatists, and never shy from killing if it will protect the future of the orc or his or her clan. All orcs, regardless of gender or station, are expected to pull their own weight and weakness is considered a grave liability. The weakness of one contaminates the strength of all, and it is punishable by the greatest humiliation an orc can receive: exile
Different orc clans however have different personalities, like the Frostwolf Clan for example
Yet regardless of their clan affiliations, orcs prize honor over all other things in life â first to bring honor to their clan and secondly bringing honor to the self and to their sense of self-worth as an individual. Likewise, hospitality is considered one of the greatest honors that can be bestowed.
I wouldnât call them aggressive by nature
Even the practice some clans followed, if a newborn child appears sickly or frail, they will instead be drowned, likely by the father. A common expression of scorn is that an orc âshould have been drowned at birthâ - even this isnât agressivity!
Pragmatic, yes, harsh, yes, agressive? Not necessarily. The Ogres are agressive by nature, their descendant not that much

Where Old God puppet Warmonger Hellscream turned the Orcish clans against the Draenei and Azeroth as a whole, just to make it even easier for the Legion to invade Draenor?

No. Where it was shown that even the noble Durotan gave in to the blood lust. And in his rage killed his own wolf. Also the Legion came because we were so stupid to free Gulâdan.
You seem to have missed all of WoD. 
I did not. Draenor made the Orcs rough and pre emptive especially against Ogres and other breakers. They were sucpicious of the Draenei because they defeated Goria so easily.
On the topic. Never forget Baine banishd his own people who had to rely on the Orcs and Trolls to push back the alliance attack into the Barrens. Without Garrosh he would have never moved out of Mulgore or stand up for his people. He turned the Tauren back into passive sheep willing to be slaughtered like the days when the centaurs hunted them to extinction.
