The Battle for Gilneas and Twin Peaks not popping as Random Battlgrounds

Searched information about this but did not find any.

Since Classic Cataclysm launch and being level 85 I noticed The Battle for Gilneas and Twin Peaks battlgrounds are not popping if you queue Random Battleground, if you queue specific you might get to play them sometimes but it gets to hours of waiting time.

Has someone else got same issue?

It looks like The Battle for Gilneas and Twin Peak can only be played when enough players queue as specific.
