Used to get 5k a week for doing the event and now its just rep and a supply cache.

It was my very very very first time running that stupid World Quest and I didnt get the fragments so clearly somethings wrong.

I’ve been doing this task repeatedly for the last two weeks and haven’t received a single weekly reward. Are you planning to compensate players who haven’t received their rewards?
The in-game support can’t help with this issue, they just ask us to send bug reports, over and over again 
As of september 4th 2025 still not awarding the 5K fragments. minus 20K right now
two weeks since they finally recognised the bug (a more than a month since it already got reported) and nothing got fixed. either some real bad code that needs to be restructured or blizz doesnt care about bugs as long as they dont speed up progression (slowing down is perfectly fine, give me your sub money)

Hi again,
I’ve been doing this quest every single week just to check if it might finally start working, and guess what? The same problem is still there. I even managed to get the achievement Finally At Rest (achievement=19793), which proves I’ve been completing it weekly for at least 6 weeks, but I haven’t received the 5k reward even once.
Ticket system is also not providing any solutions – they just redirect us to create a bug report again, and then nothing happens for another month. (And of course, game masters cannot grant the missing rewards.)
What are your recommendations here? Since this part of the content doesn’t seem to be working properly, are we supposed to just skip it altogether? In my case, based only on achievement - that’s at least 30k worth of rewards missing…
Bump, still bugged as of today with no communication from blizzard about a fix.

Yes, this is still bugged.
Unlikely to be fixed anytime soon with legion remix just having started and a bunch of other things being bugged. The CS and bug teams have been downsized massively and there’s just an ever growing massive backlog of bugs.
