I didnt receive 5k Mysterious Fragment on alt after main has done it and it sounds like bug to me or it is weekly per account, not character? I hope it is bug, it cant be account no?

Looks like it’s once per week, per account.
We’ll only get the 5000x
Mysterious Fragments for the first completion of this Weekly per account! (it’s supposed to flag hidden quest (Quest #79664), but not sure if they fixed that for later weeks). Other characters will see
Dragon Isles Supplies instead.
I upped the 70 2 weeks ago and I still do not understand how big dig works lol
