So I thought that the Blue Drake dropped at 10 man and the Azure Drake at 25 man in The eye of Eternity, yet I just got the Azure drake on the 10 man. I want to go for the Blue, would you say that this is on the 25 man one or 10 man?

I think they both drop on either difficulty these days. People have had them drop together.
You can try The Oculus, 5 man instance.
It could only be dropped from there if you got Oculus in LFD back in Wrath.
It only drops in The Eye of Eternity in 10-25 Man, and they can drop together, as it has happened to me twice.

They both drop in 10 and 25 man.
