As the title states: upon logging in (after the Cataclysm pre-patch was implemented) the achievement “Breaking the Sound Barrier” did not trigger. I have completed Glory of the Raider - both 10 and 25 man - which awards you with a proto-drake with 310% flying speed (or as the tooltip read in WotLK: this is an extremely fast mount) back when WotLK was current content (both quests completed late 2022). Still, no achievement.
I have been in touch with a couple of in-game Game Masters - even filed an in-game bug report - but there isn’t much help to be had. They couldn’t verify whether or not this was a bug, even.
Has anyone else encountered this bug/issue with the achievement not triggering?
