The CAS system is unable to initialize: occasional error

Hello. I’m leaving this here, since I have yet to find a solution for this.

I occasionally get the following error:

The CAS system was unable to initialize: Tact instance creation failed.
Error (16): container locked
Tact instance creation failed. Error (16): container locked

This happens when: I use the new button in the bnet app to start a game from the upper bar. This new button was added by Blizzard a short while ago as a hyperlink so that you no longer have to go to the section of the game in the app. I stopped using the button because of this.

But I also get the error when I try to start WoW while any other Blizzard installed game is updating. I do not have the technical prowess to figure this one out. Can anyone help?
