Who ever made this quest The Case of the Fur-Getting Wikket is really into trolling players your suppose to catch a raccoon and he spooks easily so he has the raccoon tag to the player doing the quest but all the players in the aria spokes him… impossible to catch him ,even if you stand on top of the pet you get out of range messages
