The Child of Light and Shadow?

When did any prophecy ever matter in WoW?
But it can be interpreted many ways:
Anduin - wielder of light and shadow;
Sylvanas - born as high elf, now a shadow of her former self;
Bolvar - like Sylvanas;
Alleria - duh;
resurrected Arthas - you know you want it but you also don’t;
2 separate people - one as a child of Light and other as a child of Shadow;
2 factions - Alliance and Horde.

So sad they made Son of the Wolf ending a timeskip instead of a prophecy :frowning:

What do Sylvanas(or Alleria, for that matter) have to do with the Light, though? She was a ranger before her death, not a Priest or Paladin. If anything, she was more proficient in basic druidic magic then Light-magic…

Bolvar has more to do with the Light then Sylvanas and Alleria combined… So he would make a better “Child of Light and Shadow” then both of them, except that the Void has something against Undeath/Sylvanas? :stuck_out_tongue:

Anduin is the purest of purest beings. There is no chance in the Shadowlands that Golden will allow her favorite High-Warchief of the AlliHorde to become even remotely stained with “dark” or “Evil” magic. The dudes bones hurt when he even thinks of doing wrong… No chance.

Let the death rest, please… :<

I would like this, actually… It would make the most sense… They could even use Vereesa’s twins for it, I suppose? Or Anduin and someone else… :stuck_out_tongue:

Perhaps Turalyon and Alleria could fill the roles themselves… But it would most likely be 1 Horde and 1 Alliance hero… :open_mouth:

Because they have sacrificed EVERYTHING! What have you given?

My dear Northie, have you ever heard of a wonderful process of Lightforging dead people?

She could be wrong. She was wrong in her assumption that he will gladly have his scars healed. She didn’t take into account the fact that Illidan was his scars.

What are you, Aldith…?

Do you work for Blizzard?

This is interesting.

They already said, that’s just one of possibilities.

I feel bit fuzzy about old and new lore but wasn’t some info about Sunwell retconed? That it was always the source of the Light not arcane? And Sylvanas made sense to me because they are tying her with the void story via Xal’atath. Alleria was a part of the Army of the Light for 1000 years.

Oh~ he is a cinnamon bun. But I was referring to his usage of shadow magic in Pandaria where he mind controlled people. He has some shadow abilities and it’s not a stretch to say he could be tempted to use them by some evil whispering forces. But I think Anduin is pretty strong to know what’s right and wrong.

Not to my knowledge?

The Void went crazy within Alleria’s head when Sylvanas got near, so I doubt Sylvanas can actually be the Child of Light and Shadow as she can wield neither? :stuck_out_tongue:

ANd she was imprisoned by the Army of Light and Xe’ra… I doubt Alleria even wants to be the champion of Light and is just fine with being a wielder of the Void… :smiley:

Yea, but that was before het got his bones broken and became Light-incarnated. Now he can’t even think about “evil” or whatever else his bones hurt.

Light is like a drug man… Its no better then the Void or Fel or Arcane! D:

Didnt we end The age of demons with illidan when we destroyed argus, stoping The rebirth of demons and imprisond their ledader sargeras? So The profecy has already been fulfilled?

So this is why we can’t have wranduin?

The legion had been shattered, however the demons didn’t just disappear. They existed long before the legion and will long after.

Probably xD

Both are alive so it’S not entirely out of the question.

It was Illidan, he just didn’t give a crap about it and did his own thing.

There is an error on flaps. There shouldn’t be an “l” :stuck_out_tongue:
