One thing I love about this mode is that you get Chromie’s Goodie Bag (Contains a Warbound Until Equipped item appropriate for your level and class). This is a great catch-up mechanic for alts.
However, it’s still not the best content in terms of enjoyment and effort/reward trade-off imo. This could be improved with three changes:
- Reduce the RP at the start. It may not be much in the grand scheme of things but after the first few times, it’s so boring to wait and listen to Chromie blabber on. Lets get in, activate it, 5-10 second countdown and off we go. Chromie can chat when she makes her way on her non-dynamic flying mount.
- Reduce the number of activities we need to complete to 3, which includes the final boss fight. I could say how the activities are not fun, apart from one I just done which involved zipping around the map collecting things at breakneck speed, but I’ll just stick to asking for the number to be reduced.
- This is a longer shot but can we also have an XP reward for completing it? We get 16.1k just for doing the headless horseman, and that is literally spawn in, kill boss and leave. Granted, that reward is only once a day. A random dungeon is 64.3k and Timewalking is 96.4k. Yet this one offers zero XP as a reward.
