Yes. And it has an animation tied to it, for some races. Not for some others, apparently. You might want to try it out on your Worgen. You too may be subject to racism.

Tested this out just now on my current character an on my Draenei priest. Doesn’t seem to have an animation for them either.
Update: Also tested this out on an Orc character I have in the Horde as well. I’m not sure if most or pretty much any race whatsoever has an animation for this.
Wow. I just tried it on my main, a night elf. It no longer works. Same for my human. Those are both characters I used to /crossarms with all the time in Elwynn, waiting between to battleground queues.
So, the whole emote is no longer working.
It still worked in Legion though, they must have broken something in BFA.

Legitimately never heard of such emote or even seen anyone using it.
I am going to doubt you OP on this one. But since as you said it does not work anymore, it doesnt matter 
Checked lists of wow-emotes. Nope, that’s a oddly enough a troll post. 
It’s not one. I hope some RP players come by at some point. I swear it’s true, this emote used to have an animation tied to it.
I am from the biggest RP server in the EU and I used to RP tonns back in Legion, as a sole witness: I never seen it.
Unless you mean such as "/me crosses arms. /read /read" personal emotes and emote macros exist.
I /mourn people when they die in dungeons. its always a sad moment when that happens.

Well… it’s acceptable if it didn’t worked on any alliance’s races. But for it to not work on one of our own? UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Well, the /read emote still works, thankfully. But I’m going to miss /crossarms a lot.
Can someone playing on Classic try it out, maybe?

It says command does not exist. In retail I see the msg in chat but no animation from character

Well screw me, it is there. But indeed it doesnt work when comes to animation. I never seen it actually being executed on a player, because it isn’t an official emote I’ve always assumed it to be a /me emote.
