I have 15+ level 50 charachters ready to farm the Big love rocket and after a couple of charachters I tried to queue up for the dungeon and I couldn’t enter it as it said “You have entered too many instances”.
Is this a bug or intended to stop people from farming the mount?
You can only do so many dungeons per hour, its always been that way. I never understood the logic of it myself.
I thought it was more than a couple that started that.
There’s a 10 instance / hour limit (for the entire account). It used to be 5, but was buffed to 10 in the not so distant past.
It’s mostly there to prevent excessive farming, but tbh, event dungeons shouldn’t count towards the instance limit (like Torghast doesn’t count either, even though it being an instance too).

Really wish they wouldn’t count, I wanted to run it for chance on mount today and my friends also want to level after through dungeons:

An interesting - and useful - thing I learned yesterday is that the lockout is realm specific. So if you have toons on multiple realms, you can just switch realms to decrease the impact of the limit.
