So with the season starting properly today, I decided to try to do some keys. Nothing too high, between +2 and +5.
I have to ask, what in the heck is wrong with BM aoe? I mean seriously, I am lucky if I can keep up with the tank in my call of the wild window, if that. The only good thing about BM is an alright single target but then again only two bosses in raid are pure single target, most you want some cleave and BM cleave seems to be utter trash
Idk, it’s just depressing watching paladins and whatnot do effortless aoe with 3 buttons and then at the same do more then me on boss.
So then I gave MM a try. Aoe is alright but then guess what? On bosses you hit like a wet noodle. Wow.
Am I supposed to play the meme melee spec? Seems like there’s no other option if I expect to get any invites. No offense but I want to be an archer, if I want to play melee I have warrior / dk / feral.
So we have a repeat of shadowlands season 3/4 lol.
NEVER thought about unsbbing so early into an xpac.
Didn’t BM just get major buffs? And I’m pretty sure MM and SV Hunter are doing extremely well too? Especially MM has some of the best ST damage atm.
Gotta love it when people overreact, to class balancing which is literally just a normal part of an MMO…
The game as a whole has rarely been in a better state than it is in TWW, and people still find small things to overreact over.
Not sure where did you get that from , but the game is still in Beta state, I paid for expansion several months ago to the day they launched it and for my surprise my main BM hunter was unrecognisable. I’m aware it was overpowered during pre-patch , so it got “fixed”. They got plenty of feedback from the Beta servers as well…the best hunters known told them there’s an issue with particular talents long ago… apparently that wasn’t on the priority list , so they decided to give us unfinished product and pretend we won’t notice. BM and some other specs as far as I know Balance Druid, Fire Mage (correct me if I’m wrong) are in the same state. They are not finished… you don’t suddenly decide to make a rework of entire spec at the launch of an expansion. And notice they are making a rework only to Dark Ranger… what about Pack leader , oh wait there’s time for that as well maybe next season. That’s why the Beta servers are…Waiting for the ones telling me play another spec. Well I do , but I paid to play the one I’ve played the last 5 expansions, the one that I feel most confident and comfortable to play. I didn’t pay to wait another 2-3 months for my spec to get viable for the most popular aspect of the game M+. That’s some type of autism coming from Blizzard
From what I heard from my fellow BM hunter guildie, BMs need fixed on aoe to be competitive in Damage.
MM is doing fine, nothing too spectacular, I am used to it, we were less than optimal during entire DF.
On a good side all hunter’s survivability has increased and we got slight increase in utility, still much to be desired though.
Blizzard, give hunters proper utility, not that mocking joke you gave us in the form of Hunter’s Mark, literally my most hated hunter’s ability, worthless button bloat of meagre influence in raids and complete garbage in m+.
