I did the Deathless run on my remix mage (Levistus-Moonglade) a few hours ago. The achievement popped just fine as Helya died, but I did not get the ensemble.
I remember the ensembles just landing in my bags before on my leather and plate characters (even if I already knew them from back then). The cloth one I actually need and it did not get awarded. Restarting the game, logging on hours later, nothing worked. It’s not learned and it’s neither in my bags, bank or mail.
Is this a known bug?

I had the same issue. I completed the Deathless run on my warlock and got the achievement when Helya died, but didn’t receive the ensemble. It’s not in my bags, bank, or mail. A few days later, I tried again on my priest — completed the run without dying — but still didn’t get anything.

I opened a ticket, and the Game Master told me that they are not yet sure whether it’s a bug, but they confirmed that there have already been multiple reports about this issue.
I also tried doing several runs on different characters to see if I could get the item that way, but it didn’t work either — probably because the Feat of Strength is account-wide.

I read from someone else that it might have to do with having a 2nd account. In my case, I do have 2nd account but was not logged in when I completed the achievement. I might have been in the character screen in the background, though.
The 2nd account has lead to remix bugs before: when I dinged 80 I got my class mount for this mage not on the mage, but it landed in the bags of the remix alt on the other account for whatever reason.
So now I’m speculating if this bug might occur when another WoW client is running and the achievement tries to push the reward to the other account for some reason - with it not being logged in, it just goes into oblivion instead. That’s pure speculation though, the failure to reward the ensemble might have completely other causes, I just don’t know.
Do you also have a 2nd account up and running, Molox? Or do you only play with one account?

Yes, I’m aware of this bug! When you play on multiple accounts, the items are sent to the account that was logged in first. In this case, I was only logged in on my Warlock. I still checked all my characters to find the item, but it’s nowhere to be found.
Ok, so you’re in the same boat. Might really be a 2 accounts thing then.
I also searched everywhere on both accounts, but it’s not there at all.
Please, Blizzard, do something about this. Give us our ensembles.

Same problem with The Deathless Marauder; I did both on Shaman and Hunter, got the achievement but not the ensemble. Made a ticket.

Hi all,
So for most issues like this, we prefer to avoid having players make ticket and instead fix the issue at the source and automatically heal up affected players.
That said, in this case the issue looks to be very rare and most players are getting the ensembles correctly. Coupled with the fact that it’s a limited-time mode and easy to verify and correct and cannot be resolved in other ways such as using another character, support will be manually assisting with these cases to free up devs to work on more impactful issues.
So as a rare exception we’d ask you to submit a support ticket for assistance with this (or follow-up in your most recent one if you already made one previously). Be sure to include the character name and realm and specific achievement you’re missing the reward for.
Again I want to emphasize that this is not something we’d normally do, and doesn’t mean we will be manually addressing other similar issues this way in the future.

I’d like to emphasize that this issue might be rare but might be a future issue with similar achievement rewards, as well.
We have seen class mounts rewarded to the other account when online on 2 accounts at the same time. I firmly believe the cause for the lost ensemble was me being online with 2 accounts, while the other account was in character selection screen, sadly.
The game seems to award rewards to the first account being online (maybe in a similar fashion as the game determines which account may access the warbank). If the “eligible” account then disconnects to character selection, the same thing could happen again and again with future achievements.
While I ofc reported the bug and explained what I suspect is the cause, I’d ask you as well to give this information to the devs in case they haven’t looked into the multiple accounts mechanics. It’s really important in times of account wide achievements and stuff that things like these don’t happen again.
Got the item in mailbox today, ty. I’ve heard that there is a similar problem with he broken shore ensemble.
