you ussually can still buy the deluxe version even if you bought the normal version already, just for the goodies

Yes! And u dont even need the heroic or epic edition to get it, as long as u have shadowlands u can pick up the quest from others mounts to get it

Can you though? How? My husband tried to see if he’d get a quest from some random person’s mount but there was no quest? Have they fixed this?
It’s still available but the person must have pre-purchased some form of Shadowlands expansion.
Players who own Base Edition may also begin the quest for the Vestments of the Eternal Traveler by seeking out another player who owns the Heroic or Epic edition.

Idk where you see the grind, I logged in everyday and did my usual stuff and it capped out by itself.

I recently resubed had the regular version and the quest guy didnt spawn for me,not untill i upgraded to heroic.
I can confirm that this works as Sinaaki explained. My friend has the basic edition, I have the Epic, we met up, I used my mount and summoned quest giver, he picked up quest and he’s slowly working his way through it.

Assuming you have Shadowlands, just click the small orb on the back of that ugly mount. I had to click it a couple of times before the quest giver appeared, though it was exceptionally laggy that night which may have caused the need for multiple clicks.
Ah cool, I assumed from what people said that a quest marker or quest giver appeared automatically. I will try this out!

Nope, its a little thingy on its tail to click on to make the questgiver spawn. I have the mount so just let me know if u wanna meet up and get it.
You can get the outfit without the Deluxe edition, and over sight of Blizz [which they won’t fix now] where anyone can grab the quest for it off the Mount’s orb thing to spawn the NPC.

Ok my Troll, So basically you have to get 40x RNG item that you get by killing random mobs and you fail to see grind?
Do you even know what grinds mean?

You know that the first 5 item are like guaranteed or almost from the first few things you kill every day?
I remember logging in, doing a world quest and usually I had already collected 5 echoes. Also looted more from bosses if I am not wrong so it really autocompleted for me.
This means that you can get it in like a week by not even caring.
Ofc if you want 40 the first day you will farm a bit, but I don’t really see the point.

1-2 hours at most at the Blood gate in Zandalar and you’re done. Nothing special.
You’re needlessly putting in effort to something you’ll be getting eventually from doing whatever… to go out of your way to ‘grind’ it is just silly.

Like, they literally drop from bloody anything, its not a ‘‘grind’’ as people say
