In WoTLK you can see Garrosh clashing with Thrall all the time.
When he attacks Varian in this scene Thrall is trying to restrain him
During Cataclysm Thrall was absent but still, Garrosh was clashing with VolâJin:
Honestly, I always hated his character as it always seemed forced down.
He was the new guy that came through the dark portal and now heâs the Warchief because Thrall was needed elsewhere.
Precisely: bad writing.
And this is why conflict should had never happened.
Realistically speaking the people writing conflict donât have any perception of logistics, army numbers, casualties of war.
They just create numbers where they donât exist.
If this wasnât an MMOG, but a RTS the conflict would had ended in MoP. With the Alliance coming victorious and the remaining Horde members forced to surrender.
Trying to make Thrall group an army, even with Sylvanas remnants from The scourge army, was unrealistic and thatâs why I always preferred Vanilla where the games focus more on you the player character and discovering new zones, doing quests generally to help the locals and your leaders are sit in their throne rooms quiet.
