Returned to WoW when Dragonflight was released. And directly the problem with turning my char with the right click. Found a topic that said that overlay might be the cause.
Closed Steams, Discord and Nvidias overlay. Did not help.
When checking the processes i noticed the problem…
As many others i use Curseforge for managing my mods.
Unfortunatly curseforge comes with Overwolf.
And overwolf has a overlay. And you cant uninstall overwolf without
uninstall curseforge.
So i uninstalled overwolf and curseforge went the same way.
But my problems vanished atleast

Well… tbh, That wasnt the complete solution.
But… its very interesting topic.
So, what might cause this problem?
Drivers, program’s, overlay’s or… is the problem within WoW’s own code.
I’v closed all programs non essential to playing WoW. No difference…
Updated all drivers everywere. No difference…
Closed all overlays (Exit all programs). No difference…
I have played A LOT of games during my 36 years as a gamer.
And i cant recall ever having a problem like this in any other game.
Why does left click → look around work perfect and right click look around doesnt…
Sometimes i right click and start to turn left and after a little bit the cursor is visible and my char stops turning for a little bit and then the cursor vanish again and my char resumes its turning to the left.
The “flying contests” scattered all over the map is out of the question since a race with full mobility is near impossible to have.
And healing in dungeons that has some 180 degree fights or run back from pools of crap isnt the easiest either sometimes. I know now that mythic+ and healing with this problem is a no go, and that makes me sad.
I’d love to hear your idea’s about this problem…
