When trying to fight things disappear and unable to complete quest
AFAIK, you don’t actually fight anything on that quest; you just drop bombs. Here’s a video of the quest.
What exactly is disappearing? Booty Bay does phase, but I’d be surprised to find that affecting this quest. If it is, what character are you doing it with? That Alliance Evoker you are posting on?
