A few expansions ago, I used the Glyph of Lightspawn on my Discipline Priest, and since then I haven’t been able to remove it. In the spellbook, there’s not even the pink square in the corner, as if the glyph wasn’t applied at all. Using dust doesn’t work, changing the appearance to another one doesn’t work either… My Shadowfiend is stuck in this appearance. I even deleted the character, but nothing helped.
Someone might ask why I’m writing in general chat. Well, on technical support, no one is replying to me. Support does everything to prevent submitting any kind of ticket asking for help… they just redirect me to ready-made solutions or to the forum. I submitted a request for help on the payment support page, where a BOT replied, sending me back to the forum…
Can someone please help me?
