So, previous reset I’ve done about 30+ M+ runs.
Today, the great vault offers me literally ONE item as if I’ve only done one M+ run. Besides that, the item being provided is Flameheart Sandals (ilvl 421) this is a S1 loot, rewarded at 20+ keys…
I’ve read some posts that sometimes it’s a visual bug, try relogging. But now I’ve relogged about 30+ times…
Any ideas folks? Would be appreciated.

At least during SL and earlier the rewards from the vault stacked so if you forgot to open the vault from earlier week(s) they would be shown to you from oldest to newest.
Not sure if that’s still the case, if it is then your vault just might be from the previous week(s).
I did read about this, and I’m wondering if that’s the case. It’s not impossible that I might have quit in S1 without picking up reward, and this is my first vault since my come back few days ago.
But here’s the problem, if that’s the case, wouldn’t I have been able to pick this old loot up anytime previous week? Since, I’ve been to the vault previous week this I know for sure.
If I pick this item now to try this theory, then blizz probably won’t assist me in my case…
But in case I have multiple vaults waiting, shouldn’t I have been able to see them already previous week?
Yes you should have seen it last week, did you play last week?
I was under the impression you’d been on a break. My apologies.
I did play previous week, that’s how I get a reward this week.
And I was checking vault previous week to see what “ilvl” upgrade I was going to get rewarded this week.
And when following what ilvl I’ll get, I should have seen it previous week… This is my thoughts atleast
Edit: To get me right, I was having a break, I started playing 8/12 or something.
And playing previous week is what should have gotten me loot this reset.
Did you actually open the vault in the bank after you resubscribed and not just the UI which shows you the rewards?
Yeah, always went to valdrakken bank… Learned now that I can watch by clicking H
Our ability to assist or not wouldn’t be affected by selecting an item, so feel free to give it a try.
There should also be an additional disclaimer when you’re viewing rewards from an older week.
