The ignore feature in forums should ignore the posters account. Not the character they use currently.
It is absurd that every 2nd or 3rd day I have yet another alt of same idi… erm lovely person to ignore.

Yes. The same way banning me doesn’t ban just the character I posted on, ignore and trust level should be account wide. And also should hide quoted text of the ignored person.

This needs to be in-game too.
Anyone can add you as character friend to stalk you and you wont even know it.
Ignoring the character wont ignore the player.

It’s not, but at least partially works.
I wouldn’t use the forums if they implemented this. I don’t even like that people can add my b-tag without asking.
It wouldn’t show your tag in full tbf, the numbers wouldn’t be there. So like I’d just be Puny.

But what if someone else is Puny? It still needs to be unique in some way, so maybe something like fake btag.
I’m not sure what it does on duplicates, as we don’t use it on the forums here and that’s where I’m most active.
All the other forums work off bnet. So they manage somehow.
That explains alot. But why?
