Keeping The Irregulars to its base ethos of building a home and enjoying our favourite game, requires us all to work together to keep nurturing it in this fashion going forward. In our games, we do not place blame or name and shame, we do not bear grudges, and we do not go on vendettas. We support one another, whether in game, or in general as we form friendships along the way. We encourage one another to be the best we can be; we forgive small things and don’t let them fester, and we enjoy our games as equals.

It’s that time again where we poke around for players to join us for the rest of the Season and next expansion. Season 3 is our first full tier as a guild, and we’ve been really bustling which is fantastic!
As mentioned in the opening paragraph, this guild is a community. A stress-free space for you to enjoy the game with like-minded players and form long lasting friendships along the way. Step away from the less pleasant areas that you sometimes find yourself in this game and join us for a more positive vibe within the game. We’re all friendly folks here, enjoying the game with laughs along the way
Raiding:
Aiming for AOTC every Season. For our first Raid we achieved 7/8 NM which is very good for our first raid together. Our second we got Vimto down and carried on to get 2/8 HC with Soulbinder at 40%
We are more casual based. However, we do aim for progress and clearing at a reasonable rate. We expect you to be on time for Raids and be well equipped with your gear enchanted/gemmed.
While we don’t expect 100% attendance we expect you to raid most Sundays.
As it’s a one-day guild progress may be slower than other Raids with 2 or more but it suits a lot of members busy IRL schedules so we’re keeping it as such. We might make a raid day now and again for alt runs but this still needs to be fully discussed

Mythic +
Keys happen pretty much on the daily. You can jump on the game or in Discord and usually find people to join in on a run or a few. We do keys at every level. A good majority of us will want to push for higher further into the season but lower keys will still be available for alts or those who just want to do some just for some extra options in their vault
Everything else:
We’re hoping to form some groups for some Guild PVP. However, this is entirely optional, and I get most people will skip this. However, if you have the will and patience for some noobish PVP while we all practice this can certainly be looked into.
We’re also looking to play games with each other besides WoW. Nothing has really been agreed on though but hopefully we can find something that interests most of us 
Wanting to do the Glory achieves every season as well as running some fun transmog runs. Maybe some competitions further down the line with some in game prizes.
