Just get them the information they need but I will say this Blizzard it is not a region problem or country for example. I am online now with guildies spread all over Europe and middle east and they all have lag. It is also not just in Uldum or raids etc it is absolutely everything. I have guildies wiping right now in dungeons, raids and some wasted their vessels in visions which they will now not get back.
This is all since reset. So i will say this. This is a raid night for most guildies so you really need to get a move on so you can fix it.
My whole guild right now has lag.

I am based in the US so my ping is normally a little high (~85ms) but over the past 7-10 days it has been bouncing all over the place, both home and world.
At times, raids are unplayable with freezes and then the catch-up about 5 secs later. Out in the open world it is the same regardless of what zone I am in. All other internet related activity is fine with a speed test coming back as expected.
The whole continent is lagging for a while now.
Your move blizz ? At least an attempt or something ?
Everything is lagging except BFA Mythics. Blizz seems to be clueless since they havent said a word yet.

Really not getting why they ask us for ping and stuff when this is coming from a bunch of people with 2 forums already posting the same thing they ask… Clearly its a issues on blizz side but asking us over and over the same thing to stall time or what?

My latency had been fine for the first hour or so of playing today. Then about 30minutes ago it jumped from it’s usual 20ms to around 800-900ms. It stayed this way for about 5minutes then dropped to around 300-350ms. Another 5 or so minutes later I was able to relog, after the relog it was back to normal for about 7-8minutes, at which point it has jumped up to around 100-125ms.
Clearly something is a bit wonky today.
I wonder blizz, have you tried turning it off and on? I have a raid soon and this lag sure wont help the progress

I never had latency problems with Blizz games-until today. WoW is red barring and Overwatch is spiking over 300 ms-I swap to the NA servers and there’s zero problems.
All my other online games have zero problems. I somehow doubt this is an ISP problem.

Its due to CoD MW getting a 30gb update. Happened the last time also. You have 1000’s of people all hammering the servers right now for it. Just look on the twitter page and you will see them moaning also. As the CoD Players give up and play another game, change to US servers for the download or finish the downloads the latency will get better. This happens every time they chuck a patch for another game on the launcher.

Does not make much sense, if you think about how steam performs for example and how their servers handle the heat or well at least does not excuse them.
they actually put money into it and probably have far better traffic management unlike what we have on the blizzard launcher. Seems like blizz use the same CDN for everything rather than multiple and traffic management.
So to the people that don’t understand that, the 25% packet loss and the MS time is the issue here.
For example, if I ping Google… I get an average of, 16ms (not bad) and 0% loss this is about right and what you should see.
However, as per above, pinging the Blizzard services, 25% loss and over 2999ms…
In essence, They have ether made a change to their Firewall rules allowing to much traffic to flow, they are getting DDOS attacked or most likely, the Call of duty update that is hosted on their servers is eating their bandwidth… Facepalm…
