i have had same issue all day, my whole guild has it. ms going up to 1.1k game freezing for like 20 seconds. did not have any issues at all yesterday but today its unreal.

Would not be socked if it were deliberate. Normally most people are working or in school at this time. Have a few hours of lagg when home and let it download sort out over night. No real need for blizzard so spend money on more bandwidth, servers, staff etc etc. It only effects a minority normally during the day and its even lesser impact with people downloading at different times.
However right now everyone is off almost and all hammering servers the same time, it is causing an issue that allot of people will notice not just a small minority. .
Most only notice it when home once a month or so with a big patch and just let the game download over night. Not really enough people to warrant spending huge sums of money over from a business point of view.
This is just an unforeseen thing we are in, money was saved and something bad happened now head stuck between legs and its to late. Maybe they can buy up some stuff temporarily but i doubt it this problem wont be long term.

So earlier this morning, around 9am it was basically fine, then slowly got worse and worse. Right now it is borderline unplayable. I wonder if this is caused by people hammering their servers trying to download the massive cod patch they just dropped. Surely not (you would hope).

Just want to say the servers have been like this for too long now. Nevermind today but doing anything that requires more than 40players like epic battlgrounds/world pvp Nazjatar are unplayable due to the lag and have been like this all expansion & nothing done about it

So many lost vision vessels just because you refuse to give a warning about the current instability of servers so people donât do things that might go wrong because of delays/lags.
