The most 10sec bursty spec

Hi all,
I am thinking to keep leveling up my rogue alt. I wanted to ask which is the most bursty spec? Think of WPVP where you see the enemy at 30% which is the spec that is more likely to kill the enemy before it can react?

I think assasination is the best spec when it comes to overall pvp performance and defensives but I am not sure is the spec that seems to be the most bursty at a short window time.

Outlaw also seem to be a last stand and fight spec more suitable for pvp or very long pvp fights.

Can you please help?

sub is easily the most explosive if you need to burst right away with no preparation
