The most stupid M+ Attitude I have ever seen

What do you mean? That there is a problem with limited amount of people you can invite in your group? It is still selecting based on experience. I am also not kicking someone from my group when i find someone with more experience when i have already invited someone.

And for your information; i have been very often declined for too much experience (too high score).

If this is meant to be a veiled real life threat… That’s really not okay dude.

In my 44 years of existence I have never heard anyone use it that way. Fact is, the word discrimination means exactly what people have been using it for since almost forever. This isn’t a “nowadays” thing, it’s literally been used for at least 44 years that way, and it’s not those "positive’ meanings.

Then maybe you should broaden your horizons a bit?

I wonder. If many if not all countries have laws against discrimination then in that case, pretty much no company can hire people. Since hiring based on experience and/or skill is… “discrimination” now in Tahra’s book?

Both would flat out ignore you. Or otherwise check you so throug and through to make certain you are at least on paper up for the task. Given you dont have any CE they would however ignore you from the get go unless you can otherwise provide any evidence of your skill in a raiding environment on several classes.

Correct. And even if the score is meaningless more or less its in the end the best available metric we have right now to make an educated guess on the fly while forming a pug group.

Very much so, if you can’t provide all the applicants with a job position.

Time went on, and we now literally have anti discrimination laws, since the definition changed. Stay a bit up to date please.

Which in essence also constitutes discrimination.

Which is one of my points; it’s everywhere. Unfortunately.
People are just taking my words and spinning them.

I’m not likening this kind of discrimination to racial discrimination for instance. Or even ANY discrimination in real life of any kind. Of course they’re not on the same level. At all.

But they do share the same basic principle.
That has been my point since I made those first statements. And unfortunately, it’s true.

No, because no one uses it that way and you most certaintly didn’t.

In your worlds definition of discrimination; Fine. And that means it is not a bad thing. Discrimination is a good thing. Not sure what your point is. We are selecting people :tada: We agree. We all do well. Ok we can move on.

Plenty of people do and I most certainly did.
Don’t speak for me. You have no idea what I did or did not mean or intent.

And you’re a pathetic liar aswell. Who would have guessed. We all know what you meant. But you can’t even own that, that’s what a person you are.

The problem is that you are painting it on situations where there is no discrimination.
Just observing your replies so far. Feels like I can’t say no to anyone.
If I don’t invite John A to my birthday party. John A might feel that I am “discriminating against him”.
If I am looking for a repair company to fix my TV and 2 companies give their offers but I need to choose only 1. If I say no to the other company, am I “discriminating” them now?

Heck…are you even allowed to say no to somebody/something without “discriminating” him/it?

Same principle in WoW. If somebody signs up to my key. it seems like its “mandatory” for me to take him instantly…or “I am discriminating” him?

And you’re a horrible judgemental person. Clearly.
Just admit you’re wrong. You don’t know me. You don’t know anything about me.
Back off little punk.

You started comparing with not allowing people in the buss based on skin color. And you got here with the apartheid-word too. You are the one doing this. Nobody else. Everyone know what you meant. You are the dishonest person here.

That’s rich coming from you. But I guess self insight isn’t your strongest suit.

Your responses in this thread say enough about what kind of person you are. A decent person wouldn’t bring up Jews, apartheid, discrimination and all the other nonsense. And then you even need to lie about it. That’s all I ever need to know about what a pathetic person you are.

I think there is.
And the very term’s meaning agrees with me.

Look; there’s of course situations where it’s ‘okay’.
But I’m not speaking of those situations, obviously.

There’s many levels to it. Many situations are not on the same level.
But yes; I do think that ‘we’ as players should not be allowed to make that decision. Not through groupfinding, matchmaking or such systems anyway. I believe they should be automated.

Allowed yes.
Just realize that the ‘basic principle’ is the same.
If you are okay with that; have at it.

I just don’t think it belongs in certain situations in this game.
Not in a LFG tool. Not in a matchmaking or groupmaking queue.

Depends on the term specific.
It can either mean the ability to discriminate a difference: red and blue. Wood and metal.
In that case. Sure. We are “discriminating” almost every minute.

But if its discrimination in the political/human rights sense, then no.

Not anymore. Just that you now know. Finally.
