You need to learn what the word subjective means.
I know what it means, but just loot at it… it literally has a lot of ruffles and that are just lines…
nothing about this outfit has any depth at all… to the point that I wouldnt even call it an outfit
No surprise why this wasn’t on the PTR, it is both embaressing and disappointing.

I kind of like it .
Is is simplistic and can be used in conjecture with other items .
The problem is that this is not a “worgen” set . It is a human set .
A warewolf needs a tank top that they rip when they transform .
Either that or bare chested with fur decoration , like beads bones and so on .
Worgens like 3d details on their armor and heritage armor especially too.
Someone here thought ‘‘Well they will be in their worgen forms anyways. It wont matter’’ Clearly…
Pov the hat and shoulders go better with the worgen heritage armor than the armor it was made with.
The mog itself to me is still super lazy and sloppy, my praise died with heroes of the storm when it comes to worgen related stuff
I cant believe how horrible it is. They could have done a cool mount that hits the vibe of the city, and give us a cool transmog like the Genn’ clothes which are quite cool.
But no we get an ugly useless fox and a posh 19th century british carnival costume???
Just recoloring the Kul’Tiran civilan coaks would have been superior to these.
What’s up with the designers for gilnean attiers? Their color theme was established way back in cata. JUST SAMPLE THOSE COLORS.

It really feels like the guys behind this and the heritage armor only got a text that said “british, blue base, gold rims ps: don’t forget tacky shoulders”.

It appears that you as Worgen fan didn’t receive what you were expecting or had in mind and now you are simply disappointed. (which is fine and understandable)
However, that doesn’t mean that set is bad 
Surely someone out there is pleased and will wear it.

Can we just have a SIMPLE and ELEGANT coat which resembles the current Noble Outfit? Make it HD and with 3D assets, don’t overdo it with too many details, don’t add 100000 colors to it. Make it black, elegant, simple yet ‘rich’.
I am using that black mog on my character and not changing it for anything new because every new outfit is just -too much-.
So for people interested, its been ‘hotfixed’ but a steaming poo is still a poo im afraid, the mog would be better with just a new re-design from the ground up, the mog is still hideous imho.
damage is done, I still wouldn’t personally use it bar maybe the hat but even then I can’t use the hat on my main since i play a dracthyr. 
I like this much better. The question is how does it look on a Worgen?
I think it actually looks pretty good on a Gnome… not quite the target audience though?

I was contemplating your question, envisioned something with a nice long coat, a cool top hat (this one isn’t cool…) and some proper boots, and then bumped into Deadpimple’s suggestion for Bloodborne attire. Of course it’d need to be WoW-ed, but a set rather like that would have been so amazing! I’d have happily accepted clipping issues with weapons and what not 
At least they listened to feedback and improved it somewhat… although for me it has the same issue as the original Worgen heritage armor, that bright, shiny gold accent everywhere.
I think it would be a big improvement if that yellowy gold colour was replaced with a muted silver instead, or maybe a second version in silver.
A version like that for the heritage armor would be nice too.
