Hi. So two times now, i’ve made a UI setup, saved it and used it. However the first one i made just disappeared on me (yes it was saved). I made a new one yestoday saved it ofc and now when i log in this morning, it is completely messed up, the profile is still there but nothing (bars, map, so on) is where i saved it…
Its getting quite anoying. Anyone else got the issue or a solution?
I have the same problem, but not on all of my toons somehow. On the same server my DK has problems and the saved setup disappears after log-out. However, my Warlocks UI works just fine. Same addons with both. Both setups saved as character spesific.

Same thing happening for me. I just created a new toon and as soon as I loaded in my whole HUD was moved to the top left of my screen, tried loading my HUD profile from Edit Mode which moved all my UI to where it should be, clicked save and then everything went back into the top left.
Removed all addons, even reinstalled the game and it’s still not saving. What else is weird is that the first time I open the Edit Mode window, the UI for that window is completely screwed until I click “Expand Options”
I am too suffering from this bug. From time to time, when I swap characters, the saved profiles might have dissapeared all together.
Adding to the list of bugs and all the previous “quirks” that have been dragged with the engine since the vanilla ages and thereafter, it can’t be said that “some of these things could just be in-bread mechanics and properties of the engine”.
I think this bug might be on their “to-do-list”, as approximately a few trillion other bugs that 10.0. brought with it’s launch. My only take on this all - I have never in my all years (from the days of Starcraft Broodwar launch) playing Blizz-games seen this shoddy work, in every possible perspective. I can’t even fathom if this is the result of hurried crunch, pissed-off and tired employees or just the missing manpower.
Whatever it is, Blizzard ought to get their 
together yesterday.

Hi, I had this issue and found a fix that seems to have worked so far…
When you create your UI / HUD profile, save it and then type /reload, once you have done /reload, log out of your character to the character selection screen and then log back in, once you’re back in, exit out of the game and then log back in again.
I’m not a tech expert but this worked for me, it seems that just pressing “save” isn’t enough to save the profile.

I found this happens only if I change to ui scaling.
Same here. Any solutions besides log in / log out / reload etc.? Doesn’t seem to help me.
