Maybe they’ll do it again towards then end of TWW.
So which one are you hoping for next time round?

They could even do a remix of the vanilla game:
Vanilla Remix
Old world (pre-cata), dungeons, raids and zones but with retail classes and playstyle.

  • Brings back unobtainable drops and transmogs that existed in vanilla. Mounts and even add new classic style mounts and recolours (with updated models also maybe) and pets added to vendors. They could do the appearance sets again, maybe even put some high res version of favourites in.

TBC Remix
WotLK Remix
Cata Remix
WoD Remix
Legion Remix
BFA Remix
Shadowlands Remix

But we already have a version of the game where you can play with Vanilla content and to be fair the old drops are really lame. I think what would make sense is either a Legion or a BFA Remix. Simply because there were a lot of content to do there and the collectibles didn’t s*ck.

The Plunderstorm forum vanished not long after the mode went so you might want to do this somewhere else, like General Discussion.

I hoped TBC or Wotlk remix. Maybe Vanilla…

But I knew thier raids dont have LFR. Hope blizz put old raids open LFR.

Since Cata was first time made LFR.

Vanilla remix would have so many dungeons you could split it into 3 and still have as much variety as Pandaria :dracthyr_sweat:

Many people suggest Legion will be next and I can see why - The artifact weapons fit the system like a glove and are a great opportunity to add more cosmetics. The class order armor sets are another great way to implement more cosmetics and the mage tower could be an interesting gameplay mode combined with the gem system.

LFR shouldn’t be need in classic, tbc or wotlk remix as you’ll get overpowered anyway and can solo the raids.

Meh, overpower farm are pointless.
Myself never upgrade gears in Mop Remix as 70lvl. Only saved for all mounts and mog.
It’s why better we need LFR for vanilla, TBC abd Wotlk

I hope its Legion, if vanilla, then they would have to update stuff to look like 2024 gear, vanilla armor looks awful, its super low res

That’s partly my fault. I pointed out the Plunder forum was archived not long after the event ended so figured it would be better off here.

I thought they’d move the original though.

I’m all for this! A Vanilla remix would be perfect for bringing back those items and content that became unobtainable after Cataclysm.

i don’t think vanilla remix would be such fun as panda remix. perhaps wod? not the vanilla-cata 100%

They could also do recolors of old models, just like they did in MoP.

Legion would be best, the mogs are great, and the mounts are plentyfull

Many people would say Legion and I’d be in that camp as well. I doubt MT ‘challenges’ would be there as we’d blast through them, unless they gave us a special version to complete. Having WoD or SL would be easy seeing as they’re relatively contained and all. The lack of content they had would just drive home (yet again) what disappointments they were in that regard.
