:candle: The Night Before All Hallow’s End

A Sabbath hosted by the Forgotten Shadows

  • Friday, 17 October — 20:30 (Server Time)
  • Ruins of the Scarlet Enclave, Eastern Plaguelands

“When the chill of autumn settles over Lordaeron and the last light fades from the sky, the veil between the living and the dead grows thin.
On this night, the faithful of the Forgotten Shadows gather.”

This night is not a festival, its not a celebration of sweets and laughter as the living know it.

This night is a Sabbath, some would call it a vigil for the people of Lordaeron, for the Forsaken.
It is a moment of stillness and reflection for those who clawed their way out of the grave, for those who broke their chains, and who learned to find meaning in the quiet where the Light no longer reached.

For the people of Lordaeron, this night is sacred.
It marks the hour of our awakening — the moment when** the Forsaken** rose and claimed their freedom.

All are welcome beneath the Shadow’s grace. Alliance, Horde, neutral wanderers, undead and living alike for on this night, the veil divides us no longer.

:candle: Some things to Expect

  • A sermon delivered by Father Maledictus Thorne, of the Church of the Forgotten Shadows.
  • A solemn procession through the ruins, where we speak of remembrance, death, and the will that endures.
  • The burning of the effigy, and the marking of ash
  • …and more moments of quiet remembrance beneath the veil of All Hallow’s Eve.

When the last ember fades and the ashes fall silent,
we remember who we were,
and what we have become.

Praise the Shadow… and so be it. :candle:
