For the Centaurs Clan story developed i give maximum 6 only because the Nokhud tryed to remain neutral not to involve outsiders or to become friends with dragons for they knew they would became forced to serve Alextraza.I expected to see more clans allied with the Nokhud, and none did.
Balakar has imprisoned Ohnara for his own amusement,i think it was his b…ch and she divorced from him and he get angry and imprisoned Ohnara😂 instead of taking the zone for themselves and force the other clan to stay the f.ck away from the Aspects, remember the dungeon is called the Nokhud offensive but they do nothing bad,is the other clan offensive. The other clans are weak, soft they are beneath the Tuskars.
I fully support this. The other clans are weak and follow woke ideology.
It would have given for a more interesting ending tbh, primalists could have been defeated but the Nokhud could have survived so they could be future villains.
I loved the Nokhud because they made me remember of the original centaurs from Desolace, i liked the Shikarr too, rest of the tribes was meh.
I still prefer the true Centaurs born from Zaetar and Theradras.
Someone wasn’t paying attention… The Centaur story revolved around the Nokhud being brutish upstarts, with no regard for tradition or the ancient pacts of friendship their ancestors had forged defiling some of their most sacred places, in a bid for dominance.
For your idea to work they’d have had to be much less overtly hyper aggressive and keen on submitting themselves to the other dragons, who want to basically destroy the world as we know it including majority of the sentient species on Azeroth, which positions them somewhere next to Twilight’s Hammer, in terms of plausible deniability and moral ambiguity.
The desolace Centaurs were great and the majority of the ones on the dragonisles are crap and peace loving nutjobs.
Beyond the generic noble savage they’re fine and thoroughly forgettable. The reason Kalimdor Centaurs have a so much better aura is that they’ve got various factions and the pedigree of walking all over the Tauren, who were too stupid to fight back until Cairne’s time. They don’t have any such enemy in the Plains or really anywhere else in the Dragon Isles.
their fate was sealed the moment they showed aggression in the general direction of the player
I could be wrong, as I’m not too familiar with Centaur or Tauren lore, but didn’t the Tauren Shamans in Desolace also cause the tensions between the two peoples?
Not queite, what happened was that the Tauren originally lived in Desolace and worshipped an earth spirit they believed to be the Earth mother. After a great deal of effort they’ve awakened the spirit which turned out to be Princess Theradras, who proceeded to destory basically all life in Desolace, which prompted Cenarius to send Keeper Zaetar, who proceeded to procreate with her and that’s how Centaurs came to be, as a hyper aggressive species, which hunted pretty much anything and everything for sport including the tauren.
Your “Great Centaurs” were crushed and chased with their tails between their legs by the True Horde!!! Now they play hide and seek with Horde Adventurers in the Barrens!!! Your pitiful support for relic armies knows no end!!!
The og centaurs were actually cool and dominated all of Desolace. The ones from the dragon isles are kumbaya singing peace knicks without honor. That is why the Nokhud tried to usurp them.

Also the og centaurs wanted to join the Horde…well, at least one wanted…
The Magram tribe allied with us.
They allied with the Cenarion Circle and the player, not the Horde or the Alliance.
Horde forces sent by Thrall quickly discovered that the centaur were slaughtering their other tribes just as much as they were attacking outsiders. When they investigated further they met Warug, who told them of the origins of the centaur and Theradras’s recent actions, how she had empowered the centaur because she feared the Horde would drive them to extinction. The Horde allied with Warug and the Magram, who held no loyalty to Theradras unlike the other clans, to suppress the other tribes
Best part about the new centaurs is that they somehow travelled to the Dragon Isles over 9 000 years, before the inception of their species.
I understand your logic and somewhat agree with your statement. But, Theradras was not the only supreme earth elemental. Despite being the only daughter of Therazane, there are other elementals with possible feminine demeanor and we all know Zaetar is not the only keeper. Remember both elementals and keepers exist in the Dragon Isles working/allying/fighting with/against the Black Dragonflight and the Green Dragonflight respectively.
Maybe, the emergence of centaurs is not as uncommon as we thought? Remember nature’s “Harmony”???
It’s a retcon. Nothing more.
Retcon, according to Oxford Languages:
a piece of new information that imposes a different interpretation on previously described events, typically used to facilitate a dramatic plot shift or account for an inconsistency.
So based on this, my argument could be that “new information”.
Centaurs origin was in Desolace. Now they existed already during the time of sundering.
