No CD on Flame Shock for shadowlands please, its awful farming content with frost shock to pull things ,
its awful in pvp when flame shock gets dispelled 24/7 and you have 2secs uptime only on it before its dispelled again ,
in pve its probs op so maybe nerf it based on number of targets it is on (if it got removed cd) .
this 1 change (as it was in legion) makes ele feels 1000% times better to play in all content please please put it back to legion .
